About this plan
PCOS (also called PMOS) shows up differently for every woman: irregular periods, weight that's hard to shift, acne, hair changes, tiredness, worry about fertility. A one-off appointment rarely leaves room for all of it.
The plan gives you a set of video sessions with your care team, so there is time to understand your PCOS, try changes, and adjust them together. The focus is on habits you can keep: what you eat, how you move, how you sleep and how you manage stress.
Your period and symptom logs in the app help your care team see what is changing between sessions. If you need tests or medicines, your doctor will tell you and explain why.
