These terms are an agreement between you and Merak Labs Private Limited (GSTIN 08AAQCM4231L1Z2) ("Femease", "we", "us"), Bhamashah Techno Hub, Sansthan Path, Jhalana Gram, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017. By creating an account or using the Femease app or website, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy, Refunds and returns policy, Shipping policy and Disclaimer, which are part of these terms.

1. Who can use Femease

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law. You log in with your own mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure: anyone who can read your SMS can log in as you. One person, one account. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete its data.

2. What Femease offers

  • A period tracker with predictions and reminders. Predictions are estimates. They are not medical advice and not a method of contraception.
  • A pregnancy tracker with week-by-week information, a kick counter, a contraction timer and reminders. It is general information and does not replace your doctor's care.
  • Health checks: short self-check questionnaires. Their results are indicative only and are not a diagnosis. When a result suggests it, please see a doctor; only a doctor can diagnose a condition.
  • Care and therapy: Signature care plans, one-off doctor consultations and therapy with registered doctors, gynaecologists, therapists, nutritionists and fitness experts.
  • Femease Circles: paid monthly small-group chats on one topic, guided by a Femease expert.
  • Community: a forum where members share experiences and verified experts answer questions.
  • A store for period care and wellness products.
  • Articles for general information.
  • Femease Coins, offers and Refer & earn.

3. Online consultations (telemedicine)

  • Consultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. Each practitioner's name, qualifications and registration number are shown in the app.
  • Your doctor decides whether an online consultation is right for your concern. They may ask you to see a doctor in person or get tests done.
  • Prescriptions are issued only when the doctor thinks it is appropriate, and only for medicines the guidelines allow by teleconsultation.
  • Give true and complete information about your health. Your doctor relies on it.
  • Femease is a platform that connects you with independent practitioners. Each practitioner is responsible for the medical advice they give.
  • Femease is not for emergencies. If you have severe pain, very heavy bleeding, thoughts of harming yourself, or any emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital now. For mental health support at any time, call Tele-MANAS on 14416.

4. Booking and cancelling sessions

  • A health plan gives you a number of sessions to use before the plan expires (shown on the plan).
  • You can cancel a booked session up to 4 hours before it starts, and the session goes back to your plan.
  • If you miss a session without cancelling, it counts as used.
  • If the practitioner cancels, the session always goes back to your plan.
  • Refunds for plans: plans can't be refunded once bought. If Femease can't give you a session you paid for, for example because no practitioner is available before your plan expires, we refund that session.

5. Orders and payments

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. The amount you pay is calculated by our servers at checkout.
  • You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or choose Cash on Delivery where available. Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹29 Cash on Delivery fee, shown before you place the order.
  • An order is confirmed when payment succeeds, or when you place a Cash on Delivery order. We may cancel an order, or part of it (and refund what you paid for it), if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud.
  • You can cancel an order until any part of it ships. Delivery charges and timelines are in our Shipping policy.

Products sold by other brands

  • Femease is also a marketplace: some products are sold by other brands (sellers), shown as "Sold by" on the product page. Femease runs the platform, takes your payment on the seller's behalf and handles refunds; the seller sells the product to you, ships it and issues its tax invoice. Femease checks every brand product before it is listed, but the seller is responsible for the product, its description, its quality and its legal compliance.
  • Each seller's name, address, GSTIN, return policy and grievance contact are on its brand page, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require. You can raise a complaint about a seller with the seller or with Femease's Grievance Officer; we will follow it up with the seller.
  • Femease's coupons and Femease Coins can be used on brand products; Femease pays for them.
  • Products from different sellers arrive in separate parcels. Returns and refunds follow our Refunds and returns policy.

6. Femease Coins

  • 1 Femease Coin = ₹1 when you use it on Femease.
  • You earn coins on delivered orders (currently 5% of the amount you paid), on your birthday, and through Refer & earn. The app always shows the current rates.
  • Coins can pay for up to 20% of an order or plan (after any coupon). The app shows how many you can use.
  • Coins expire 365 days after you earn them. We remind you before they expire.
  • Coins have no cash value. They can't be transferred, sold or withdrawn as money.
  • If an order paid partly with coins is cancelled, those coins come back to your wallet. If an order is returned, we may remove the coins you earned on it.
  • If you delete your account, any coins left are forfeited.
  • We may cancel coins earned through fraud or misuse.

7. Offers, welcome offer and Refer & earn

  • Offers and coupon codes have their own conditions, shown with the offer. One coupon per order unless the offer says otherwise.
  • Welcome offer: ₹100 off your first order of ₹499 or more (bag value before the discount), with the code shown in the app. One per person.
  • Refer & earn: share your code. A friend who enters it within 7 days of joining, before her first order, gets 100 Femease Coins (₹100). You get 100 Femease Coins when her first order is delivered. Up to 20 rewarded referrals per month.
  • Referrals must be real people you know. Self-referrals, fake accounts or spam void the rewards.
  • We may change or end an offer at any time, but changes never take away coins already credited, except for misuse.

8. Community guidelines (Circles and the Community)

Femease is a kind, safe place for women to talk about their health. When you post in the Community or write in a Circle, you agree to these rules:

  • Be kind. No bullying, harassment, hate, shaming or threats, about anyone's body, caste, religion, region, sexuality, choices or anything else.
  • Keep it private. Don't share your own or anyone else's full name, phone number, address, photos or other identifying details. Don't share anyone's private or intimate information.
  • No selling or spam. No advertising, links, referral codes, contact details or asking members to message you elsewhere.
  • Share experience, not prescriptions. Talk about what worked for you, but don't tell others to take or stop a medicine, and don't promote unproven cures. Health information that is false or could cause harm will be removed.
  • Nothing unlawful. Nothing obscene, pornographic, defamatory or that breaks any Indian law, including content that threatens the unity, integrity or security of India or public order, or that is harmful to children.
  • No impersonation. Don't pretend to be a doctor or someone else.
  • If you are struggling, please reach out. Call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24x7) or 112 in an emergency. Posts that suggest someone may be at risk are held and we show helplines.

Expert answers. Answers marked with a verified badge come from practitioners Femease has checked, such as doctors registered with the National Medical Commission or a State Medical Council. Their answers are general guidance for everyone reading, not a personal consultation or prescription. For advice about your own health, book a consultation.

Moderation and takedown. Posts may be checked automatically and held for a quick review. Anyone can Report a post or reply. We review reports and take down content that breaks the law or these rules within 36 hours of the report (within 24 hours for intimate images). We may hold, remove or edit out content, and pause or close the accounts of members who break these rules. A removed post shows "Removed by moderators".

Your content. You own what you post. By posting, you give Femease a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show it in the app to other members, for as long as it stays posted. You can edit a post within 30 minutes and delete it at any time. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

9. Your conduct

Don't misuse Femease: no false information, no harassment of members, practitioners or staff, no attempts to break, overload or copy the app, and no use for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Intellectual property

The app, website, articles, design and brand belong to Femease or its licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use only.

11. Liability

We work hard to keep Femease accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Femease is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order, plan or session concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that can't be excluded.

12. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile > Delete account. See the Privacy policy for what is erased and what the law requires us to keep.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Femease after that means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction. Please write to us first at hello@femease.in: most problems can be solved quickly.
