About this plan

Pregnancy comes with new questions almost every week. This plan gives you a care team to ask, from home.

With regular video sessions with your care team, you can check in often: about what to eat, how to stay active in a way that suits pregnancy, the aches and sleepless nights, the worries that keep you up, and getting ready for the birth and the weeks after.

The Femease pregnancy tracker shows how your baby is growing each week, and lets you log your weight, blood pressure, sugar and symptoms for your care team to see. Your plan sits alongside your antenatal visits with your own gynaecologist, not instead of them.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Pick your plan

Choose the plan for what you're going through. Each one lists exactly how many video sessions it includes.

  2. Step 2

    Book your sessions

Buy the plan in the app, then book each video session at a time that suits you.

  3. Step 3

    Meet your care team

See the doctor and the other experts on your plan by video, from home.

  4. Step 4

    Support along the way

Message your care team in the app between sessions, and follow your plan at your pace.

Calls are booked after purchase, at your convenience, and are valid for 6 months.

Online consultations are not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 112.
