Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Enter your pincode on a product page to check delivery to your area and the expected date.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹499 or more. This is the value of your bag before any coupon or Femease Coins.
• Orders below ₹499 have a delivery charge of ₹50.
• One delivery charge per order, even when your order comes from several brands.
• The app always shows the current delivery charge before you pay.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available, with a ₹29 Cash on Delivery fee per order. The fee is shown before you place the order. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can. If your order comes in more than one parcel, each courier collects the amount for its parcel; the app shows what to pay for each.

Products from other brands

Some products on Femease are sold by other brands. The product page says who sells it ("Sold by"). When your order has products from more than one seller, they arrive in separate parcels, each packed and shipped by its seller. Your order shows every parcel, its status and its tracking link.

When your order ships

• Femease's own products are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Other brands ship within the time shown on their brand page.
• Delivery time depends on your location. The app shows the expected date for your pincode.
• You can follow every parcel in Orders in the app. We tell you when each parcel ships and when it is delivered.

Delays and problems

Delivery can sometimes take longer because of weather, holidays or courier issues. If a parcel hasn't arrived by the expected date, or it arrives damaged, use Return on the item in your order, or write to hello@femease.in with your order number. See our Refunds and returns policy for damaged, defective or wrong items.
