How to use them

1. Remove the wrapper and the release paper. 2. Place the pad in your underwear, sticky side down, and fold the wings under. 3. Change every 4 to 6 hours, or sooner on heavy days. 4. Wrap the used pad in its wrapper or paper and put it in the bin. Do not flush.
