25 weeks pregnant

Your baby is about the size of a radish.
About 34 cm long and 660 g. Typical sizes; every baby grows at their own pace.
What’s happening this week
Your baby's hands are well developed and they may make fists. The nostrils are starting to open. Your baby responds to your voice and touch, and may move when you rub your tummy.
Changes in your body
Your bump is growing fast, and you may feel heavier and more tired again. Heartburn, constipation and piles are common. Fibre, water and gentle walks may help.
Movements matter
Your baby has their own pattern of movements. If your baby moves less than usual, call your doctor or hospital now, don't wait.
Bleeding, fluid leaking, fewer baby movements, a bad headache, blurred vision or sudden swelling: call your doctor or hospital now. In an emergency, call 112.
