32 weeks pregnant

Your baby is about the size of a bottle gourd.
About 42 cm long and 1.7 kg. Typical sizes; every baby grows at their own pace.
What’s happening this week
Your baby's fingernails and toenails have grown. The skin is getting softer and less wrinkled as fat builds up. Many babies turn head-down around now, though some take a few more weeks.
Changes in your body
You may need to pee often again as your baby presses on your bladder. A little leaking when you cough or laugh is common. Pelvic floor exercises may help.
Try pelvic floor exercises
Squeeze the muscles you'd use to stop peeing, hold for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat a few times, a few times a day.
Bleeding, fluid leaking, fewer baby movements, a bad headache, blurred vision or sudden swelling: call your doctor or hospital now. In an emergency, call 112.
